Our Team
At Me2 Club we have a small team of dedicated staff, who are responsible for the day to day running of the charity. This includes recruiting and training volunteers, supporting children, their families and volunteers, running our additional projects and fundraising.


Chin Davies
Chief Executive Officer
Chin obtained a Psychology degree in 2008 and subsequently worked in the field of mental health for 13 years. She has a breadth of experience working in front line services and management across the health and statutory sectors. Prior to joining Me2 Club, Chin managed a children’s mental health service which delivered evidence-based therapeutic support and held strategic relationships with partner organisations from health, local authority and the voluntary sector. Chin is a registered Social Worker with extensive experience working with children, young people and families. She brings a wealth of knowledge of supporting children and young people’s emotional health and wellbeing in various settings. Chin is immensely proud to be part of a passionate and dedicated team, promoting inclusivity for children and young people with additional needs.

Vicky Fisher
Senior Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Vicky joined Me2 Club in September 2018 as an Activities and Volunteers Coordinator. In July 2023 Vicky stepped up to the Senior Activities and Volunteers position. She has over 15 years’ experience working directly with children and adults with additional needs in a variety of settings including a national charity, SEND school and care work. Vicky has a degree in Special Needs, Inclusion, and Education Studies from the University of Wolverhampton. Vicky has a special interest in inclusion and a strong belief in equity.

Nikki Fisher
Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Nikki initially joined the team in September 2016 and spent nearly 2 years working as an Activities and Volunteers Coordinator before leaving to travel around Asia and Australia. She re-joined in February 2020 after returning from her travels. Prior to working for Me2 Club she spent a year working in fundraising for a health charity and 5 years working within Children’s Services supporting vulnerable children and their families. Nikki has a BSc Psychology degree and a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People. Nikki feels strongly about improving the learning experiences, opportunities, and well-being of young people with additional needs.

Charlotte Randall
Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Charlotte joined Me2club in September 2023 as Activities and Volunteers Coordinator. She has 5 years’ experience assisting young people & adults with additional needs. Charlotte also had her own event planning business and is a keen motivational speaker, she has spoken to a range of audience’s and enjoys relaying information so people can live a fulfilled life. Charlotte has a strong belief that we are all entitled to living an enriched life and opportunities should be presented fairly. Charlotte is a confident communicator and commits herself to having a voice for others.

Louise Butler
Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Louise has over 15 years’ experience working alongside young people and adults with additional needs, both professionally and personally. During this time, she has worked in a number of roles including: youth work, play work and as a support worker in a residential home. She is also a qualified and experienced trainer, having delivered workshops in primary schools. Most recently Louise has been working for a local charity, which provides support and training for parents who have children with additional needs. Louise is passionate about ensuring that everyone has the right opportunities and support to lead fulfilling and successful lives.

Erin O’Connell
Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Erin Joined Me2 Club in April 2024 as an Activities and Volunteers Coordinator. Prior to working at me2club, Erin has over 11 years experience as an Ofsted registered childminder working with children in both mainstream and specialised schools. Erin has a level 4 in early years and a level 2 in children’s and young people’s mental health. She has experience with ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia and ARFID. She has two children with SEND.
Erin is very passionate about supporting children and young people in achieving their potential and ensuring inclusion for all.

Patrick Pritchett
Activities & Volunteers Coordinator
Patrick joined Me2 Club in June 2024 as an Activities and Volunteers Coordinator. Prior to joining the team, he was a teacher in mainstream education for 25 years and his interest has been developing a holistic style of primary education for children 3-11 years, appropriate for their natural developmental needs. He has contributed to the building of inclusive schools offering meaningful education, outdoor learning, annual residentials for all ages and practical, hands-on learning. For 14 years he has led three Wokingham schools as a headteacher and each school has developed a reputation for inclusion. He has served in Wokingham as a soldier, teacher, carer and volunteer. He is delighted to be working for Me2 Club and will be dedicated to advocating for families and children with additional needs.

Community Fundraiser
I have spent two fulfilling years working within the NHS, followed by a rewarding role at a mental health charity where I focused on events and community fundraising. In addition to my professional work, I have a personal passion for running and completed two half marathons last year, one of which was a successful fundraising endeavour. I thrive when I can make a positive impact on people’s lives, and I am eager to continue doing so in my future endeavours at Me2 Club.

Hannah Norris
Fundraising Manager
Hello! I’m Hannah, the new Fundraising Manager at Me2 Club. I joined the team in July 2024, bringing over 12 years of experience in the Wraparound care industry. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Years and Family Studies, which has provided a strong foundation for my work. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including SEND and Inclusion Partner, Funding Partner, and Head of Operations. My passion lies in championing inclusive practices within the childcare sector, especially in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I am excited to bring my expertise to help drive our mission forward and make a positive impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.

Sabrina Marsh
Core Service Support Officer
Sabrina joined Me2 Club in late 2021 looking to help the charity’s vital volunteers provide amazing opportunities to children and young people who need our support. In her spare time she runs an Etsy shop and has experience designing products and running a small business. Believing that every child should be able to participate in recreational activities without feeling left out, she is excited to work with Me2 Club to be involved with the life changing work the charity does.

Ramona Bridgman
Youth Participation Coordinator
Ramona has over 30 years’ experience in working with children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). She has a Masters Degree in Social Work and attended 2 full days training with the Council for Disabled Children’s Make Ourselves Heard network.
Ramona joined Me2 on 1st October 2021. Since 2013, Ramona has been Chair of the Reading Families’ Forum working with service providers and families of SEND children and young people to work together to improve services – coproduction. Ramona has been running a SEND youth forum for 5 years in Reading, Special United. Ramona also has two young adults with SEND.
Ramona is passionate about ensuring that children and young people with additional needs are key partners in developing the services that they use.

Vicky joined the team in September 2018. Vicky has over 10 years’ experience working with children and adults with additional needs. Prior to starting Me2 Club, Vicky worked at a charity organising volunteering opportunities for adults with disabilities and additional needs. Before that, she spent 5 years working as support staff at a special school, supporting pupils with a range of disabilities and complex needs. Vicky has a degree in special needs, inclusion and education studies and is Team Teach Trained. Vicky has a special interest in inclusion and wants to help create a fully inclusive society.

Ramona Bridgman
Participation Coordinator
Ramona has over 30 years’ experience in working with children and young people with a wide range of special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Ramona also has two young adults with SEND. Our Trustees
Me2 Club’s work is overseen by a board of six trustees. They share legal responsibility for governing the charity and direct how it is managed and developed. Our Trustees have a diverse range of knowledge and skills, which ensures the charity is run efficiently.
Sonia Aulak – Chair of Trustees
Sonia has over 20 years’ experience of working across both within the private and public sector as a senior leader and consultant within Education and Early help services. She is extremely passionate about the inclusion of children and young people with additional needs to participate in mainstream activities within their local communities. Ambitious and driven, she is keen for the charity to maximise its potential and develop the great work it does in promoting social inclusion to improve the lived experience of CYP and their families through hearts and minds.
Simon Crawford – Treasurer
Simon has over 25 years’ experience in finance from roles in the Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. He decided to become a Trustee in 2015 after responding to an advertisement in his son’s school newsletter and then connecting with existing trustees to see the amazing work that Me2 Club does and the positive impact it has.
Kate Sims – Secretary
Kate is an education consultant for an international education charity, where she works with education policy makers from across the globe to strengthen education services. Through her work, she is passionate about ensuring that marginalised children receive the education they deserve. Kate joined Me2 Club as Trustee after reading about the inspirational work the charity does on local community social media pages, and to give back to her local community.
Amanda Coale
Amanda is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and has over 24 years of experience both as commercial solicitor and, away from law, leading operational teams and strategic change projects in industry. Outside of work, she is an experienced trustee, a former chair of governors for a local school and has worked with charities and coached leaders of charities and community organisations through change for more than 15 years. Having learned about Me2Club when she was looking for support to help her neurodivergent daughter participate in after-school activities, Amanda is excited to bring her insights to support Me2Club driving inclusivity and making a real difference for young people and families like hers
Giles Marwood Cross
Giles has over 30 commercial experience in the financial services sector and has specific expertise in leadership, PR, marketing and business development. He is passionate about ensuring greater inclusion for all, has worked with many charities over the years with regards to developing their profile, reach and fundraising and has been involved in the leadership of a number of high-profile national campaigns, specifically revolving around mens-health, conductive education and creating opportunities for young people experiences the effects of extreme social deprivation. Giles joined Me2Club as a trustee at the end of 2021 and is keen to help us build our brand, reputation and sustainability.
