Helping us improve
If we ever get it wrong we want to know about it so that we can learn from it and do better in the future. If you have a complaint or a concern to raise about how we have acted, or how you have been treated, our Complaint Procedure lets you know what you can expect from us and how we will work to resolve your complaint.
- All complaints will be treated seriously
- We make sure all complaints are investigated fairly and in a prompt and courteous manner
- We will make sure all complaints are, wherever possible, resolved
Learning and Impact
Our work is grounded in the views of people with lived experience, including families and children with additional needs or disabilities. We are a learning organisation that draws from national research, robust monitoring and evaluation and the involvement of our beneficiaries to develop and provide services. Our most recent Annual Report can be viewed here.
In 2017 we commissioned an independent evaluation into the impact of our support which has provided us with clear recommendations on how we can support more children and families across Berkshire.
We want to make information about the charity as easy to access as possible. You can view our latest set our Financial Accounts showing how the money that we raise is used.
On average, we generate £14 for every £1 invested in fundraising or 70 pence of every £10 goes to raising the next £10 and £9.30 is spent delivering the work of the charity.
