Over October and November, we had the pleasure of training 33 new volunteers, and it’s been such a positive way to end the year.
Across our recent training sessions, volunteers explored the different Me2 Club roles and expectations, understanding behaviour, and the many ways young people communicate. What really stood out was the depth of knowledge, thoughtfulness and enthusiasm everyone brought with them. We loved hearing your reflections, questions and personal experiences throughout the sessions.
The feedback has been fantastic. One volunteer shared that the training was “a very good experience and helped me expand my knowledge ready to start my volunteering,” which is always so encouraging to hear. We really value this feedback, not just the positives but also the suggestions that help us keep improving our training.
