Documents & Policies
We want to make information about Me2 Club easily accessible and available for all of our beneficiaries, funders and supporters. Here you will find important documents and information including about our impact, safeguarding and fundraising.

Safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that all children and adults are safe and can live free from abuse and harm. If you are worried or concerned about the safety or welfare of a child or adult supported by Me2 Club you can raise a concern with us.
You can view our Safeguarding Policy here which include information about how we’ll respond to safeguarding concerns and who to contact.

Responsible Fundraising
Me2 Club is proud to be registered with the Fundraising Regulator. This means that we are committed to following the latest best practice in fundraising to be able to provide the best and safest experience to our donors and supporters.
Our Fundraising Standards is our commitment to our supporters about how we will work with you.
- We will commit to high standards
- We will be clear, honest and open
- We will be respectful
- We will be fair and reasonable
- We will be accountable and responsible

Helping us improve
If we ever get it wrong we want to know about it so that we can learn from it and do better in the future. If you have a complaint or a concern to raise about how we have acted, or how you have been treated, our Complaint Procedure lets you know what you can expect from us and how we will work to resolve your complaint.
- All complaints will be treated seriously
- We make sure all complaints are investigated fairly and in a prompt and courteous manner
- We will make sure all complaints are, wherever possible, resolved

Learning and Impact
Our work is grounded in the views of people with lived experience, including families and children with additional needs or disabilities. We are a learning organisation that draws from national research, robust monitoring and evaluation and the involvement of our beneficiaries to develop and provide services. Our most recent Impact Report can be viewed here.
In 2017 we commissioned an independent evaluation into the impact of our support which has provided us with clear recommendations on how we can support more children and families across Berkshire.

Financial
We want to make information about the charity as easy to access as possible. You can view our latest set our Financial Accounts showing how the money that we raise is used.
On average, we generate £14 for every £1 invested in fundraising or 70 pence of every £10 goes to raising the next £10 and £9.30 is spent delivering the work of the charity.
