Tesco Bags of Help voting opens
We hope all our volunteers and young people have enjoyed starting back at their activities. Nikki and Jess have been busy out visiting a few of our matches at their activities and also out on home visits for our new children off the waiting list. We have taken 9 children off the waiting list and been out to visit the majority of them already and hope to find them volunteers as soon as possible to start attending their chosen activities.
The planning for 2018 has continued this week and we are excited to announce we are running our annual Quiz Night on Friday 9th of March. Tess is running lots of new inclusion training sessions for activity leaders on various topics so if you or anyone you know would be interested in making their activity club more inclusive for children with additional needs, get them to check out the list of courses available here. We have been chosen in the Tesco’s Bags of Help Grant Scheme, which means we are in with the chance of winning £4,000 if we gain the most votes at the following Tesco stores: Henley on Thames, Twyford Village express, and Woodley express. Make sure to ask for the blue tokens if you shop at any of these stores and vote for Me2 Club!
