Me2 Club is Recruiting

Full time (37hrs/week), permanent contract, regular evening and some weekend work will be required. A clean driving license is essential.
Salary NJC Scale 22-27: £21,074 – £24,657pa (plus pension contribution and holidays)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us and be part of a successful charity providing excellent services for children and young people with additional needs.

Me2 Club is a Wokingham based charity enabling children and young people, aged 5 to 19 years, with additional needs to participate in mainstream activities. Me2 Club has an excellent reputation in the area and fulfils a crucial need. We would like an enthusiastic and committed Activities and Volunteers Coordinator to join our team to enable us to continue providing this support.

The role will include: recruiting and training volunteers, supporting volunteers attending activities with Me2 Club children/young people and being part of the leadership team on residential/day trips. The successful candidate will support Me2 Club children/young people and their volunteers using their knowledge and experience to promote confidence and achievement.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience and understanding of children with additional needs. Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills are essential. Experience of working with volunteers would be beneficial.
